Kenwood

Featuring three separate dining rooms as well as a patio for the warm months. The Main room has views from the French Doors of the Sugarloaf Mountains and the Kunde Vineyards. The Bar Room also has views from the French Doors as well as a fireplace. The Private Room has French Doors with a view into the wine cellar and a Dutch Door connecting to the Bar.

Rates & Policies

2008 Non-Holiday Rates

2 night minimum (rate is for 2 persons only)

$245 per night - Sunday to Thursday
$295 per night - Friday and Saturday

$50 per person extra per night.

Policies:

  1. Rates above plus Sonoma Occupancy Tax of 9%.
  2. A 50% deposit is due within 5 days of booking the house. The balance is due within two weeks before arrival.
  3. We have a no-refund policy — but will try and rebook the property given enough notice, and refund your deposit minus a $50 service fee.
  4. We have a firm no-smoking policy on the property.
  5. This is a private home; in a country area with houses nearby — quiet and respectful behavior is required.
